By accessing or using the LevelJo platform available at leveljo.com (the "Service"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

LevelJo is a software-as-a-service ("SaaS") platform that provides online educational courses, coding exercises, quizzes, experience-point ("XP") tracking, certificates of completion, a code playground, a CV builder tool, and AI-powered interview simulations. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

You acknowledge and agree that all educational content—including but not limited to courses, course steps, lessons, quizzes, coding challenges, XP values, and platform features—may be added, modified, updated, reorganized, or removed at any time, at LevelJo’s sole discretion, without prior notice. Such changes do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Beginner Tier (Free): Access to designated beginner-level courses at no charge.
• Intermediate & Expert Tiers (Paid): Access to intermediate and expert-level courses, certificates, and premium content requires an active paid subscription.

By using the CV Builder, you acknowledge that all information entered is provided voluntarily by you and that you are solely responsible for its accuracy. LevelJo does not verify or endorse any information in your CV. You retain full ownership of your CV content.

• All payments are processed through LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid tiers will continue until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund will be issued for the current period.

All content on the Service—including text, code examples, graphics, logos, software, and AI-generated content—is the property of LevelJo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell any paid content or account credentials;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or crawl any part of the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEVELJO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.

LevelJo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

LevelJo provides digital educational content that is delivered and accessible immediately upon subscription activation. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the content has been accessed or consumed.

A refund may be issued only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The refund request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial purchase date.
• You have not accessed any premium (paid-tier) content at any time since the subscription was activated.

Submit your refund request via email to giraysengonul@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request". LevelJo will review access logs to verify eligibility. If approved, the refund will be processed through LemonSqueezy within ten (10) business days.
